A social media monitoring service for your employees - empowering brand advocates or big brother?  While we can applaud those companies that no longer hold such tight reigns on personal social media accounts, I’m not sure how I feel about employers actively monitoring Facebook or twitter activity.  
As long as you’re not talking about confidential work related issues, this kind of monitoring could potentially have negative implications on people who openly express their personal views on sexual orientation or politics or say the word vagina.
